Routines Subheadnig

Trampoline routines consist of 10 bounces, where each bounce has a different skill. Routines must start and finish on the performers feet, and typically would need to start with an arm set. Once a routine has been practised and perfected, they are then competed at a competition. In a competition there will be scores awarded for how difficult your skills are, and how well they have been executed.

On the british gymnastics circuit, once you reach regional level of competitions, you need to qualify to the above level. A decription of how you do that is shown where applicable.
